I'm going for the smallest pc I can with the best parts I can. The case(s) I want require a SFX psu, but I'm not sure if they can power everything. The biggest wattage I can find on an SFX psu is 650W. I thought I found a 700, 750 and 800W one but they were SFX-L which is about an inch longer in depth. So it probably won't work.

Does anyone know if I'll be ok with 650W? Or, can you link me to a higher wattage SFX psu? Money isn't really an issue.

Specs desired:
Founders edition GTX 1080ti
i7 8700k
16gb DDR4 ram
Asus Strix Z370i gaming motherboard

You should be focusing on power supply quality, not quantity.

In terms of wattage even 550W from a good power supply is fine + overclocking.

Where are you located? What power supplies are available to you?

I agree. Im fairly familiar with the more available sfx powersupplies and was assuming he was going with the 650w silver stone. There is also a 600w corsair. Either one should be good quality.

Great, thank you all for your answers! I feel much better and more confident with my options. I think I'll be trying a silver stone. I've had 3 corsair and they all had terrible coil whine.
