Changing Ram Frequency 667 to 800 mhz

hi everyone,
i want to know how can i change my ram frequency,but there are many other things in that bios like CAS,Ram Voltage.So i just want to know how to change these values without damaging anything in the system
Ram Specs:
1x2048 Corsair PC2-6400(400 MHz)DDR2
1x2048 Kingston PC2-6400(400 MHz)DDR2
Ram timing:- 5-5-5-15
Ram Frequency:667mhz(want to increase to 800mhz)

Well you would literally need to double them to do some damage.

its quite old so ard to find correct values. Please check both of those,
and if anything goes wrong bios -> reset OR if you cannot get to bios -> cmos battery. Please make sure you know how to remove battery before you try.
