After a certain time all usb ports disconnects and comes back after restart

I had this problem for a while now.I am running window 10 and have a 500 watt psu. My mouse disconnected every time so I bought wireless mouse and keyboard. They disconnect after almost half an hour I thought they went to deep sleep.Every thing but my keyboard disconnected.So' I bought a Hub to safely reconnect my wireless mouse and keyboard.Now even the keyboard disconnects along with all the usb ports.I regularly update my pc.Still after a certain time all the USB ports disconnect.
I tried
1)Changing to high performance power plan
2)disabling USB selective suspend setting
3)trying different ports(all port disconnect)
4)tried without HUB
None of them worked.If you find more fixes then please tell me!

1. REINSTALL WINDOWS
2. If nothing changes, maybe your motherboard South Bridge (I/O) chip is dead.

Well I fixed it by going to device manager and unchecked all of the boxes that said allow the pc to turn of this device to save power but I am not exactly sure that it worked
