i checked the memory qvl and the 4gb version is in but not this one that's why i'm asking, i know i should use 2x4 gb ram and faster speed but i can't find cheap ones and i don't have a big budget...

Yes, it will work but what cpu do you plan on using, are you buying from France? Because those are really important and I am sure we can find something better for similar budget.

yes i'm buying from france, the cpu will probably be a r3 1200

well it's to upgrade from an fx 6300, the only thing i have rn for the upgrade is the motherboard, budget wise i think 200€ maximum for cpu and ram

I wouldn't go with the 1200 overall, you would want something which can last longer, like the 1600, and then 2x4gb is a must for ryzen. I would suggest spending 40 more to get the

That's a very good choice. Corsair is the #2 recommendation for Ryzen, right behind the G.Skill Flare X series, which are the very best for Ryzen builds. Yours will work fine though. Try to go for 2666Mhz if you can as the motherboard supports it natively.
