PC crashes and shuts down during stress test

Hello there. My new gaming pc crashes and shuts down after 5minutes of cpu stress test with hot cpu tester and hwmonitor open. Temperatures seem to be low around 40 degrees to the point of crashing. Does this mean that cpu is defective or maybe psu is not enough?
My specs are: mobo: Msi b350m pro-vdh
Cpu: Ryzen 5 1400
Gpu: Radeon rx 580 8gb
Psu: Corsair cx450m

My immediate thought is PSU.

Add up the component wattages and add 40%. Your PSU should equal or exceed that value.

However, there may be other comments and suggestions. I have no problems with that.
