I bought a new ram and I checked if it’s compatible with my motherboard and made sure that the clock is the same as the other ram I have. They’re both DDR4 and I’ve placed each in their correct slots. However, my computer wouldn’t use my new ram. It recognizes the ram but doesn’t use it. Even when I pull out the old ram and keep the new one, the computer still won’t use it. Any advice?
