I think my laptop is totally fine (but ofcourse NOT the best).

Model: HP Elitebook 2560P, not really overheating, has 8GB of ram, windows 7 professional 64-bit system, processor: intel r core tm i5 2520m cpu 2.50ghz 2.50 ghz .

But the graphic card just sucks, its a intel R HD graphics 3000 family lmao

i got a ASUS Radeon R7 240 2GB ready for use that i took out of my broken PC, but this one is kinda outdated and im ready to spend some money on a graphics card but im totally not down to spend money on a whole new computer. I'm more into low poly oldschool games such as GTA San andreas multiplayer, bully scholarship edtion, max payne 1 etc etc and this runs now on 50-60 fps with the current graphics card (the intel R HD graphics 3000) but if i put a graphics mod on my GTA SA it goes down to 10-15 FPS and my laptop cant run GTA 4 too (20-25 fps only on even the
lowest settings possible, 10 fps while driving at high speed in a car)

I heard about external graphics cards for laptops but can my laptop even get one and would it be a smart decision to get one for my laptop or should i really need to get another PC for 200-300 euros while i dont even want to play the newest games like RDR2 that is coming out or battlefield 5, i dont care about those games.

Thanks for reading and replying. Let me know whats the best for me to get gaming with better FPS

Here's a good guide to external GPUs: https://www.pcworld.com/article/2984716/laptop-computers/how-to-transform-your-laptop-into-a-gaming-powerhouse-with-an-external-graphics-card.html.

For your laptop, you'll need to open it up, take out the wifi module and hook up the external dock to the PCIe slot. The dock it's self, is around 140 euros. So, you're not saving much money and you lose the mobility of the laptop (unless you want to take it apart and put it back together alot).
