Hello! me and my friend have been interested in building a switch like ripoff baced off o a signal board computer, i have a 3d printer to print the case and was wondering if there was any board on the market that could emulate a ps2, i know that the raspberry pi 2 has trouble emulating a n64 yet alone a PlayStation one, we were thinking about the budget of 150$ for the board, screen and power bank, Thank you!

I thought Pi was pretty powerful. We could emulate PS2 and dreamcast on Core2Duo processors back in the day. Have you tried Arduino? I'm not too much into hardware but I was a bit into emulation a while ago but it's been almost a decade.
