Is 450w thermaltake PSU enough for my build

I am planning a new gaming PC build and want to know if a 450w thermaltake PSU will be enough for my PC.The components are:
Ryzen 5 2600
Powercolor red devil golden Rx 580
8gb ddr4
512gb ssd
Asus EX a320 gaming motherboard.

According to Powercolor the "Minimum System Power Requirement: 600W"
There are some cheaply made Thermaltake PSU, so make sure to get a reliable PSU.
Also, the Asus EX a320 might required a BIOS update before you install the Ryzen 5 2600 CPU. Instead of a 300 series motherboard, you should consider a 400 series like the ASUS PRIME B450M-A.
