So i got this PC as a gift, its a:
Fujitsu ESPRIMO E9900
my CPU is: Intel® Core™ i5-650 processor (2 Cores / 4 Threads, 3.20 GHz, 4 MB, Intel® HD Graphics)
My power supply has 250W
4GB of ram DDR3 (2x2)
the motherboard is: D2924
All info needed is here:
https://sp.ts.fujitsu.com/dmsp/Publications/public/ds-ESPRIMO-E9900-EStar5.pdf

So i want to get the best GPU for this crappy PC so i can use 2 monitors and maybe boost my fps in games by at least 10% if possible. Also if i buy a new gpu i will add 4 more GB of ram!
Any suggestion is helpful, Thanks in Advance!!

Solution
With the low wattage power supply I would suggest a low profile GT 1030. It would be the easiest and simplest upgrade.

You could look in to swapping the power supply for something better and going with a GTX 1050 Ti or similar. But there are concerns with whether or not the prebuilt PC has proprietary power-pin configurations or if they are standard ATX. And you would be limited to the more expensive small-form factor PSUs.

In the link i listed it says "Formfactor: proprietary"
also do you mean this GPU?: https://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-1030/specifications

Im from serbia

Yes it's a low power GPU (30W) and comes in low profile with (I'm not sure if all of them do, but I've seen them listed on some) the smaller bracket to fit inside the narrow small-form factor case like yours.

I just looked up the GPU, and its more expensive that i tought... its more than 100 dollars! Maybe the low profile one is cheaper?
these are the best store for that kind of stuff

Oh okay so this is a low profile graphics card and will work with my PSU? Also thank you so much for putting this much effort in helping me pick a GPU :)

Yes, 250w should be more than adequate for this graphics card and the rest of your components.

Just one thing umm if you scroll down in the link you send me it says 300W is the recommended minimum for this gpu :/ dunno if my PC will be able to take it xD

That is a roughly estimated wattage on a certain computer, not related to your computer at all.
Your components will not be using more than 200w under load.

Oh okay, so i will also be able to add 4 GB of RAM later so i have 8GB max? That wont be a problem?

Well yes, your current RAM is taking 2 slots with 2 more remaining. You can add 2x 2gb or 1x 4gb without a problem, again, wattage will be enough.

Okay thanks :) just one last question. Do you suggest i first get the GPU or the RAM, i do sometimes stuff in Photoshop and play some games so what should i get first?

GPU is much more necessary in my opinion, Photoshop and most games (assuming you're not running AAA titles) should be fine, as long as you don't have other programs running around most of the time. If you've been already playing games and using photoshop on this system then you'll notice a pretty big increase in performance with that 1030.
