I was wondering if i should wait till RTX gets launched to buy a GTX?

I heard somewhere that the GTX 10 series GPUs will get cheaper once the RTX gets launched.
becuase I might be getting a gtx 1080 card but if the cards do get cheaper in 20th of September.
I'll wait
just a reminder that there is 0 chance that I will be getting an RTX card

I'd buy it now. People are concerned about RTX and I have a feeling when it launches people will just flock to GTX cards. Get them while the prices are still low, they're already starting to creep up.
