I can't get any internet connection from my router.

Hello, i am Having trouble with my Wi-Fi router I was using the internet and everything was OK but today I can't access the internet and a weird notification popped up and said
'Sign in to WiFi network'
It wasn't there before I am using this router for 3 years and this notification wasn't there and when I hit the notification it gives me an error
Also I am sure that I have payed the bill 3 days ago
Can anyone plz help me!

Suggest you hard reset your router, and try again to be sure, and failing that, go through the original router setup. It might be that your router's wifi setup has become reset to default, or some aspect of its DCHP isn't working. Basically treat it as new and set it all up again.
