Display Language on RT-AC86U

I recently purchased a brand new RT-AC86U router via Ebay. It came with a different plug which is not the problem. All the documentation is in Chinese I can only gather and so is the software when I power it up. Is there a way to change it?

The back of the modem is all in English

Sounds like you bought a regional one, did you try a factory reset? If that did not work to reset the options to English I would return it, especially if the listing did not say it was a Chinese model.
