Its a decent PC, with a few issues.
The best way to check what you need to upgrade first is to play the games you enjoy, and watch the usage of the CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.

At first glance, the motherboard is on the lower end for an r7, but it does not directly impact performance.
The RAM could be upgraded to 16GB, but will only increase performance if you are actively running out of RAM.
