I’ve heard in a youtube video that the intel’s 8th generation cpu’s can only be paired with the Z370 motherboards. Is this true? I don’t think it is since pcpartpicker doesn’t say anything when I pair them. Can I pair the i5 8400 with an H310 mobo? I know that it doesn’t support overclocking and nor does the i5 8400. Not planning to overclock the cpu in the future as well. Just asking for my budget build.
