So I want to buy a new monitor.. At first I found a couple at 150 and the specs are 22-23 inches, Full HD, 75Hz, IPS Panel.. I thought I'd look into 144Hz monitors and I found a couple at 250 22-24 inches, Full HD, 144Hz, BUT TN Panel.. So I want to ask you is TN Panel gonna make that big of a difference? BTW I have the PC to support that 144Hz..

There is a pretty noticeable difference between IPS and TN screens. TN screens do have higher refresh rates and also a lower response time, so there is a trade-off either way. Richer colors and better viewing angle or faster response for twitchy games. I would pick an IPS screen with a 5ms second response time over a TN with a 1ms one myself, but others may not.
