Need some advice on a build. I have some parts im already looking into and want some opinions. Mainly play wow, overwatch and some low end games but want the ability to at least "taste" some high end stuff. Not expecting amazing FR with this build but want the best bang for the buck.
Anyr advice on different parts? Looking to save rather than spend more. Any responses are appreciated thanks guys.

really looking to save more than anything. You think the extra $ is worth it

Stock cooler is fine, you don’t need the Evo, it would just be a little quieter. You also don’t need a Z370 motherboard if not running a ‘k’ cpu.

You also want either 2x4gb or 2x8gb RAM. If you were hoping to buy 8gb now and 8gb later that is not guaranteed to work. Although usually ok you can have issues and only RAM bought as part of a kit is guaranteed to work together.

so i decided to go with a Ryzen 5 2200g and im' stuck on the MB. I need help deciding between the b450 tomahawk vs Bazooka. theres a 25$ price difference and i see the only difference being the ability to use water cooling. can anyone help specify the differences. thanks

Just as an answer to original post. Don't need that CM 212. Z370 pointless for a locked CPU. BfA, based on system requirements, has upped the multithreaded capability of the game, probably due to the implementation of DX12. I don't feel it is worth saving a few bucks, to lose out on mulitasking performance. BfA's increased system requirements became obvious to me, when doing the Stormgarde rare elites yesterday, in a raid group. I still can run fairly high settings, on my Acer Predator laptop, but ultra brought me down in the 20's for FPS. It has an i7 7700hq and a standard GTX 1060 6gb.

If you really insist on cutting corners, then the 2200g would be the way to go. The 2400g is simply priced to high, compared to other Ryzen 5 CPU's.
