I've done all the research on what to do for sli and installing the newest drivers but nothing has worked. I've switched my GPU's around, switched which side the sli bridge is going on, and checked my connectivity to my motherboard. Nothing has worked. My computer is picking up that i have 2 graphics cards but i cant see the option to enable SLI in NVIDIA Control Panel.

My computer specs are:
MSI Z270 A Pro Series
MSI AERO GTX 1080
Nvidia GTX 1080 FE
Ribbon Cable SLI Bridge from NVIDIA
I7-7700k 4.5GHz
16GB DDR4 3200MHz

I have tried individual PCI-e cords and using the same cord, CPUID and NVIDIA Control panel both pick up my 2 graphics cards. Nvidia Control panel even picked the secondary graphics card for physics so I know my motherboard is using the card. I'm just not getting the option in the control panel to do anything with SLI.

Additional information: My driver is R399.07 and I tried to update the SLI profile from NVIDIA and it says I dont have a driver newer than R235. In OVGA OC Scanner X, under GPU monitoring, It picks up both cards and detects that SLI is disabled.
