I have been Using Shengli Telecom Internet For More than 2 Years First Using Torrent Without VPN been giving Me 2+Mbps Speed On a 512kbps/Unlimited Plan But Now Suddenly My Torrent Speed Been Dropped Down To 10/12 Kbps.Also I Am Trying to download Higher Seed Torrent File.It been 20+ Days Since It Dropped Down Please Help To Restore Speed As it Been Torrenting be mine Part Of Life.

i think it's best to call the shengli telcom customer support.

if normal download is able to reach the advertised speed, likely there is some policy change that throttled the torrent.
since it involves your service provider, i don't think people from this forum can help you much.
