No i haven't oc anything and the cpu was at 75 degrees because i havent a good heatsink, i get around 120-130 fps and when stutter it return to 57/60 fps, i've tried to limit fps but nothing

Try these:

In the NVIDIA Control Panel:

Manage 3D Settings

Program Settings Tab

Add your COD executable

Max Pre-rendered frames set to 4

Multi-Frame Sampled AA (MFAA) set to On

Power Management Mode set to Prefer maximum performance

Apply/Save

In COD graphical settings:

Display Mode = Fullscreen

Sync Every Frame = Off

Max FPS = 120 (play around with this higher or lower depending on your system). DO NOT USE VSYNC.

Render Resolution = 150% (play around with this from 125%-200% depending on your system).

AA = Off

Shader Preload = Off

Cache Sun Shadow = Off

SSAO (ambien occlusion) = Off

Other things to try:

Add the executable and game folder to your Windows Defender exclusion list.

So i've tried this thing it helped a little bit but the stuttering is always present

Try capping your FPS to lower levels, and/or, max out your details/quality at 1080P to shift as much of the load to the GPU as possible...naturally, turn off all non-essential background apps, streaming, Twitch/Discord, web-storage apps, etc., until we establish a baseline

Are you using an SSD? Are you perhaps running only 8GB of RAM?

I've tried to cap the fps to 100 and 80 but nothing and i've already maxed out in 1080p. The game is on a hdd and i have 2x4gb of ddr4 2666 mhz (hyperxfury)
