So recently i bought my first "gaming" pc, about 3 months ago

Ryzen 3 2200g 3.5 ghz
MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GAMING X 4GB DDR5 128-bit
Motherboard MSI BA320M Pro-Vd
Memory HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 2400MHz CL15 1.2v
Hdd 1 tb
Sirtec - High Power 500BR-A12S, 80+
The problem is its performance in gaming was really bad since the beginning, like everything i played so far didnt have a smooth gameplay even after lowering the graphics to lowest.
This is the benchmark http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/10559192 i see that my pc status is bad .I hope you can help me solve my problem, thanks.

Solution
Use Resource Manager and post pics sorting by most bytes or whatever make sense. Show cpu, network and disk

Also download latency monitor and run it. It will show what drivers are most latent
Did you see the warning about high background usage? If you bought this PC it may have bloatware on it (software you really don't need). I would look through the "Add or remove programs" and see what you can get rid of. I would also look at the task manager or resource monitor to what is running in the background.

2nd thing is it seems there is only 1 stick of RAM, which means you don't get to take advantage of the dual channel memory controller.

Yeah, i saw that warning and im gonna delete everything i can, but this might not be the solution because for example in League of legends witch has verry low requeirments my fps is kinda normal i guess but the gameplay is not smooth for some reason, on 100 fps it seems like 30 fps.

In search (next to the start button) type "choose a power plan". Is one of your choices "Ryzen balanced"? If so, select that. If not, you are missing some of the latest drivers.

That’s part of your problem and probably the biggest part what you can do if you’re on a budget is by a matched pair of 4 GB sticks. Make sure to buy them matched pairs so the dual channel works.

Or buy another exact memory that you already have and hope that it works

Lots of ram and dual channel make the Ryzen really show it’s stuff

That is the least of his problems right now. Killing whatever process(es) is chunking that CPU usage will fix 95% of his framerate issues.

Acc to the bench, his 2200g was performing around the level of a phenom II 965...

I will try that in near feature, but to have lag in like everysingle game i played because is not dual channel doesnt make much sense, i couldnt play gta on medium with 60 fps in the city and things like that.

Ok so this is my task manager after i deleted everything that was useless https://imgur.com/a/TOZliyA, looks like the same it was before doing that, but in gaming my gpu usage was never near 100% and nor the gpu usage
