So, I recently upgraded my PC and it's more than capable of 1080p streaming, or at least it should be. I've played a few games and streamed them and everything was running fine. Now, the bitrate keeps dropping way lower than it should
CPU: i7 - 8086k 6c/12t
GPU: GTX 1060 6gb
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 2500mhz
MoBo: MSi Z370 Pro
The game and OS runs on SSDs (OS has one to itself)
I am using XSplit Boradcaster which has worked well for me in the past.
The CPU is not thermal throttling, cause even at load it stays around 45C maxing at 51C
My internet speed is 90mbps Down and 8mbps Up. No other applications are using the internet other than the streaming software, the game, and spotify. Not many should matter because everything else is downloading rather than uploading. I was able to max the stream out at 2750 yesterday, tonight it doesnt even wanna go above 1600
EDIT: I even tried to go to 720, but its even dropping frames then. I should have more than enough speed to even upload that
