Ethernet Slower Than Wireless

Used Ookla for a speed test on WiFi, and I got 60mbps but then plugged in my Ethernet Cat 6 and it gave me 7mbps. Checked the Ethernet properties and it said it was 10mpbs when I’m sure it should be 100mbps. I’ve tried other Ethernets and other ports but still the same problem. I’ve tried changing speed/duplex, no change. Check firewall, no change. Updated Realtek driver, no change. Disable and renabled Realtek drive, no change. I have a HP laptop i3 processor, if that helps. Hope someone can help I spent 11 hours trying yesterday and got nowhere!

Without further explanation, and jibba-jabber, get a PCIe INTEL NIC that says to work for W10 if that's what ur using. USB-based 2nd choice.
