Hello, I’m planning to overclock my cpu when I’m rendering with cinema 4d/after effects, but not overclock it like 24/7, and also, I don’t play heavy load games and I have no idea what air cooler should I buy, my specs are the mobo MSI Z370-A Pro and the cpu i7 8700k, I have 5 case fans (blue led fans by sharkoon) and 4 is them are directed at the cpu cooling slot and the backplate of my gpu, I’m looking for the lowest priced and best air cooler, my options for air cooling are:
1. Arctic Freezer 11 LP
2. Arctic Freezer 12
3. Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2
4. Antecedent C400 Elite Performance
5. Arctic Freezer 33
6. Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev 2
(1 is the lowest price and 6 highest), I could go for a little more expensive air cooling (Arctic Freezer 33 Plus/Penta or arctic freezer i32) but only if it’s nessecary in my case.
** note again, I’m not going insane with the overclock like 5.00ghz or something, I might go up to 4.3-4.7 but nothing too much (And only when I render with cinema 4d and those renders probably won’t take too long since I Only render like 1k frames of 3D spinning letters/text.
