Is 100% cpu usage bad while gaming

Hi I have a i5 7400 and on cpu intensive games I hit percentages of eighty to ninetys sometimes but my temps do not go above 60c am I fine for long gaming sessions

So long as your temps are good then you have nothing to worry about. 100% usage simply means you are getting 100% of your CPUs power.

100% usage on modern games happens every day with quad core folks...even those w/ 8 threads. Quad threads, it's an absolute given.
