HDD labelled as BD-Drive

My HDD was partitioned as OS(C), Recovery(D) and HDD(E). I had a power outage and on restart, the (E) has labelled itself as a BD Drive and I can't access it. When I try to access it, it only opens the CD door and nothing else happens. I can't access any of the data and all my games were on (E). All is now inaccessible.

How can I solve the problem without having to format or erase the data?

Well my computer is in French so a screenshot might confuse you. Here is what I can manage, ask if you need more.

The E: drive is lower down the list, registers as CD-ROM 0 DVD (E: )

Anything else? Thanks in advance!

No. The HDD is not disconnected, partitions C, D and E are on the same HDD. I went ahead in disk management and tried to deactivate the E: BD-ROM but now, it doesn't appear in disk management anymore, I can't even re-activate it. Weirdly enough, it has turned to a CD-ROM in My Computer but I can't see it in disk management.

I think I messed up. I thought by de-activating it, I would be able to access the missing partition but it just worsened the problem. The missing partition was close to 1tb so it's not the 1.48Gb unallocated.
