Pc Freezes aswell as Crashes while playing games, please help

Hello, I have been having a problem recently with my computer, everytime when I play a game about 10 minutes in it crashes, with no explanation, I can hear the backround for a few seconds and then my computer shuts down or I need to force restart it.

Please help, I have been trying to solve this problem for the past 2 weeks and I have not been able to solve anything.

Pc Specs:

i7-7700
Nvidia Gtx 1060 3gb
Motherboard: Gigabyte Gaming B8
Power Supply: Corsair CX650M
Ram: G.SKILL 1 stick of 16gb DDR4

Are you on the latest BIOS update?
Can you pass on a link to the stick of ram?
You may want to manually set the frequency, timings and voltage in BIOS for that stick of ram.
Speaking of ram, which slot is it populating on your motherboard slot?
How old is your PSU?

I don't know how to look if im in the lates BIOS update

Ram: (It is in spanish, sry) and it is in the 4th slot from left to right, the farthest spot away.

My PSU is only 6 months old

And the computer only crashes/freezes and shutsdown while playing games anything else, watching a video, looking at discord, surfing the web, nothing about that causes my computer to crash.

I believe it happened after the new Windows Update (KB4343669) After this update.

I already tried using DDU and Downloading the new drivers but nothing has seem to work
