Install intel 760p m.2 nvme to DELL G3

I just bought a Intel 760p M.2 NVME, I able to detect at BIOS but i unable to detect in window, what should I do ?

I tried using Intel Migration data software, it unable to detect any SSD.

I tried changed RAID to AHCI mode from BIOS, during reboot my laptop shown blue screen. Therefore, I changed back to RAID ON mode.

Any idea how to clone my hard drive to the Intel 760p M.2 NVME ?

Please don't clone your drive. If you want to have your OS and your data on the SSD, you should reinstall the OS from scratch(after creating a bootable installer). Before you move forward, please make sure you're on the latest BIOS for your platform.
