Platform is not yet defined, could be chipset 3 or 4 depending on sales. Both kits 16 gb dual channel (2x8)

I know Ryzen can't do 3600mhz, but both kits are priced the same so I though, why not ? However I don't have any experience and as such I could make a mistake, don't know anything about brand, reliability etc. Which one should I buy ?

UPDATE: Motherboard could be B350-F Strix

Solution
Yes, that Adata 3600 should run at at least Cl14 at 3200MHz and has better chances of OCing to higher frequency. It's always easier to lower frequency and Cl than to OC higher than it's XMP.

Thanks for your answer, but I'm still confused. In the end should I risk it with the ADATA kit (3600) or the Patriot kit (3200). I don't know the details, for example, I buy the ADATA kit, but I can only run it at 3200mhz. Well if I can't get the timing tighter than 17 CL then I've lost performance compared to the Patriot kit, that runs at the same speed, but 16 CL.

So to rethink my question. Is the ADATA worth the risk, because it's a faster kit, does that mean that I could have more OC headroom, as in, could I achieve 3200mhz with tighter timing on it ? Which one do you think is worth buying in the end, taking into account the worst case scenario (cause after all I'm buying last gen Ryzen, a last gen motherboard, overclocking only with the stock cooler on a chip that isn't top of the line) ?
