Hello everyone! I need some desperate help!

So basically i have a gsync monitor (60hz 1ms), So if i would buy a rx 580 that has freesync will i still be able to experience no screen tearing as long as i cap a game at 60FPS? (Upgrading from a 1050)

Solution
You could use vsync to cap the game at 60fps and eliminate tearing. However you will not be able to use gsync with an AMD card. Vsync is not the same as freesync or gsync, it will not change the refresh rate of the monitor to correspond with FPS like freesync or gsync will. So vsync only works when fps is at the refresh rate of your monitor, and it introduces a bit of input lag even then.
