i have the asrock z370 pro4-ib that my ibuypower pc came with. I just upgraded to a 750w psu and was thinking of upgrading to the RTX 2080 in the future. would that card be compatible with this motherboard? thank you for any info you guys might have

Yes. It will be compatible with mobo's much older than that.

Typically if a mobo has a PCIE slot and isn't very old or proprietary it will support any PCIE GPU.

No problem with compatibility. However, ensure you check the dimensions to confirm the card you are selecting will go into a slot on your pc with all parts installed. These cards are long and thick, check you have the room.
