Currently I have i3-4170 processor and ASUS h81m-r mobo. I want to buy a new cpu i7-8700 and a new mobo.
I found this one: AsRock LGA1151 H310M-HDV
Could this mobo work well with this cpu?

And the other question is: I currently have a ddr3 ram, and new mobo says ddr4, does that mean I cannot use my ddr3 ram, and have to buy a new ddr4 ram?

Thank you guys!

Solution
Yes, that board will work fine, but it has the least number of PCIe lanes amongst all the 8th gen. chipsets. Get a b360 board if you can.
And yes, you will need DDR4 RAM.
Choose B360 intead of H310, if you can. For example Gigabyte B360M H.
H310 has significant limitations.
