As far as they all have the same CL then you should be completely fine.
Even you mix with different CL, they would still run in the lowest setting among them.

it is possible to mix same type ram modules if the difference lies only in being single/dual sided
it should work having 2x 8GB in a1/b1 slots and 2x16GB in a2/b2 slots
but frequency will drop by quite alot

officialy supporrted frequencies for ryzen1 is 1866~2133MHz for such combo
ryzen2 has it same

having more layered mobo PCB can also help to push it more
generaly b350/b450 is 4 layered nd x370/x470 is 6 layered
duesnt have to be true tho (can be read somewhere wit micro tiny words in spec sheet)
