I have a problem with the new pc i have just build, When i switch the system on the graphics card switches on and all the fans start spinning, including case and cpu fans. immediately after pressing the power button on my case, there is a red light next to cpu on my motherboards EZ debug. Then after about a second this light goes away and the gpu turns off, this is all happening in a space of 1 or 2 seconds after pressing the power button on my case. However my GPU works fine and has its fans spining when the cpu is not installed.

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard: MSI B350 Tomohawk
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2X 8GB)
Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB hard drive
GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1060 3GB
Case: NZXT S340 Elite
Power Supply: Cooler Master - MasterWatt 550W 80+ Bronze
Monitor: Acer - KG221Q 21.5"
