you see im having some problem with its boost..

set it on mild +128 / +512 OC.. (MSI afterburner / EVGA precise xoc)

GPU-Z and its Render Test reads it correct.. including the GPU boost 3.0 reading..

the problem now is the benchmark (Heaven) and actually gaming..

its like capped.. the only thing that is reading is the GPU boost thing.. and its even slowing down..

do note that the GPU usage is hitting 99%.. and its hovering around 60~61*c temp.. my cap is 85*c

i double checked if the CPU was the problem but its not.. its not even hitting 80% total usage..

it do hit 90% usage but on one core only and just for second or two (Core1).. others are fine..

i tried increasing the core volt.. it works according to my monitor reading (Aida64 / FPSmon)..

but still slows down and even devolt accordingly..

core hovers around 1791~1801 mhz..

please help..

OC info:
Core 1419 mhz / Mem 2008 mhz / Boost 1520mhz / Max 1886 mhz

Solution
that gpu has 75watts power limit, u cant exceed that, mobo will overheat if u go with more
card doesnt have any pcie 6pin or 8pin power plugs, so your only way to raise clock would be lowering voltage to reduce power usage, if it will be stable, it will clock higher
also u can connect your gpu fan to external fan controller, that way u can save around 6 watts for more overclock

other than that u will need different gpu which has some headroom for overclock

You may want to include your system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Did you use both apps to tinker with the GPU or one? I'm not a fan of using multiple apps to tinker with the clocks. I tend to stick with one app regardless of what you're doing. Stick to MSI's Afterburner for the time being and see if that gets your clocks to where you want to be. What about your power limit slider?

CPU: A8 7600 (65w mode 3.3/3.8ghz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte F2A68HM-S1 rev1.1 (has bios update according to the gigabyte @bios app but didn't do it)
Ram: Avexir DDR3-1600 CL11 8GB (2133 mhz OC)
SSD/HDD: 500gb Seagate HDD / 1tb Western Digital HDD (old blue)
GPU: Palit GTX 1050-Ti StormX
PSU: DeepCool DE-500 (350w Rated / 500w Max)
Chassis: Standard Micro-ATX form PSU on the top
OS: Windows 10 x64 ver 1803 build 17134.228
GPU Driver: Nvidia 399.07 [24.21.13.9907]

- i tried MSI first but has same problem and the volt scared me.. so i tried EVGA afterward and it auto devolted at same peformance
- power limit slider is same across the apps.. capped at 100%

thnx :D
