Hello!
Recently I have installed a new HDD on my PC .. everything was fine until i tried to play video games.. I tried to scan my PC with Anti Virus program but it didn't found anything.. So i question myself when was the last time i played video games without fps drop and it was right before installing that new HDD ..
Thanks for reading if u have any ideas what should i do tell me please :D

(Not sure if i put this thread in the right place.)

Update: Sorry i forgot to add those details
My OS: Windows 10 64bit
Processor: Intel core i 7 - 3.60 GHz
8 RAM
GPU: Nvidia geforce GTX 960

I didn't replaced the HDD just add another one my both HDD are Western Digital their sizes are 2 TB and 3 TB and the OS is installed on my old.

Solution
So you are using the output of one molex connector for both GPU and new HDD?

The following link should provide some guidance:

https://graphicscardhub.com/graphics-card-pcie-power-connectors/

However, without being sure about what and how you have connected things do be careful and certainly follow the installation instructions that came with the GPU and new HDD.

If in doubt post a simple sketch so we can see exactly how you have connected everything. Label the components and connections being used.

Please add some details:

System specs, OS?

What make, model, and size drive did you replace?

What make, model, and size is the new HDD?

Have you tried running the new HDD drive's diagnostic software via the manufacturer's website?

You can use Task Manager to check the HDD and look for some application or process bottlenecking the drive.
