Yes. Definitely it will work.
Before installing this card
....remove Integrated graphics drivers and audio drivers then. Install this card and it's driver and audio drivers.

And you feel good to know that this card supports vulkan and Direct X 12. Just update direct X after that and you get tremendous performance.
