No space with on part c

Not easily, as although partitions can be shrunk (from right to left in the WIndows tools' slider), you can not extend that space to a neighboring partion in that manner......
Best bet (my opinion) would be to back up everything on D, delete it entirely, then extend partition C (via Admin Tools/Computer Mngmt/Storage/Disk Mngmt) to encompass that space...
The above plan would be thoroughly thwarted if you applications installed to the D; partition, obviously....
