New build, no video signal after installing gpu driver

Hi, I just finished building a new pc, it's specs:

ASUS TUF B450M-Plus Gaming motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 2400G cpu
Be quiet! Pure Power 10 500W psu
Toshiba P300 1TB 3.5" 7200rpm hdd
Patriot 8GB Viper 4 DDR4 3000MHz CL16 kit memory

Booted it up for the first time after installing win 10, it worked nicely. Then I installed the driver for the integrated gpu and rebooted the system so I could make some changes in the BIOS. The only thing I changed was the memory's frequency (from 2133 to 3000) and the fast boot option (I disabled it).
After all this the system rebooted, the windows logo came on, then my tv started displaying no signal. 15 minutes pass and still no signal, rebooted, went into BIOS, changed everything to default setting, save&exit, rebooted, windows logo, still no signal.
I reinstalled windows, and it worked fine, but after installing the gpu driver again, I ran into the same problem after reboot. No signal.
Did a windows recovery, and the system was working again (without the gpu driver installed). Tried to reinstall the gpu driver again, same problem.

Any idea what could cause this? Thanks in advance.

Can you pass on a link to the drivers you're trying to install? The OS will try and install drivers it deems necessary which may be what's conflicting with the installed drivers. You can try and switch the display outputs and see if you get a display if the blank display comes to be again. on another note, i'm assuming you're on the latest version of Windows 10 after using Windows Media Creation Tools to create your bootable installer?

I downloaded the Adrenalin Edition 18.8.1
Yes I installed windows from usb and I think it's the latest version.
I tried switching the display, no luck.
