The Reliability History is showing improper shutdowns - lots of them.

Trusting that all those shutdowns are not due to some local power outage and the failure of the UPS to provide power until you can properly shutdown.

May simply be a bad connection inside your pc.

Check inside your build and ensure that all connections are fully and firmly in place. And that all cards, chips, RAM, jumpers are likewise fully and firmly in place.

If all is well and the shutdowns continue then the PSU is suspect. May be worthwhile to have it tested.

If you cannot do the testing yourself get a knowledgeable friend or family member to help test.

I would not expect that a UPS would be causing any problems beyond some complete failure to no longer provide power.

What make and model is your "old UPS"? Age, condition?

"Old ups" - just do not use the UPS for a couple of days. Determine if the problems continue.

Avoid doing anything that might cause data loss if power is lost.

What version of Windows are you using?

Check Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes and warnings just before the random restrarts.

A few more clues may be all that is needed.

Key is to identify or otherwise narrow down the source of the problem: UPS or PSU?

Which PSU company? Read a few product reviews and visit each company's website. Look for comments and reviews by verified purchasers as well.

Way too many discussions and arguments over the "best" PSU. Your choice should be made based on your requirements and budget.

And someone else following this thread may make a specific PSU recommendation. Fine with me.
