RTX 2080 PC on Amazon Worth It?

Hey guys,

I would like to buy a pre-built gaming pc with the rtx 2080 in it. Amazon has a PC from cyberpower on it already and it's said to be available September 20 for $2000 USD. Is this PC build good for its price or will there be any problems via bottlenecking or any other problems due to poor hardware choices. Here is the link to the item and also the spec transcript.

I actually have been very happy with CyberPowerPC. Their prices are competitive (I did my research) and I've had good experiences purchasing from them. The PC I purchased almost a year ago has been running with zero issues. I also build PCs....and I think they did a decent job putting it together as I have gone through the entire build.

Or course you will be able to find bad reviews....I'm just giving you mine.

That all being said....I don't think you will get robbed buying from them. Of course you will pay more than building it yourself....but you are paying for not having to do it and you are also paying for a warranty.

As far as buying the 2080 before the benchmarks come out....that's pretty much your choice.

Thanks for the advice guys. It's true I shouldn't jump the gun until some third-party tests come out. I'll wait til some more specs come out.

I have recently build a very similar PC and Now waiting for RTX-2080 card. Up till now it have cost me USD 818. EVGA (max) OC version of RTX-2080 cost $849.99. So basically my total cost would be $1668. So here are the reasons why I wouldn't go for this PC.

* It doesn't have water cooling so I am not sure how much I can overclock this computer (cpu, ram, cache etc)
* I am not sure how good is the motherboard they are using, which company motherboard are they using. I need to see the reviews of that motherboard before buying this PC.
* What is the RAM frequency is it 3000 and above? Which company ram are they using? what's the ram CAS and stuff.
* Is the graphic card overclocked or not?
* What power supply are they using, is it Gold+ standard or not

So if you don't care about Overclocking your machine & you don't care about spending $200-$350 extra then go for this computer.

As an alternative what I did was (because I want to overclocking my machine to 5Ghz & I care about $300 extra)
1: go to online computer store e.g. amazon, newegg etc etc
2: select the parts that are within my price range and have good reviews for overclock it
3: Go to nearby store buy all those selected parts
4: Pay them $50-$70 extra so they assemble my PC for me.
5: I got back my PC in 2 days. :)
