How hard is it to install a gpu into a pc with an iGPU?

I currently have 8gb 2400mhz b350 ryzen2200g 1tb wd corsair vs550w,etc. But I haven't built it yet. My rx580 8gb is coming in 15days. Is it worth building my pc now whilst using the vega8 graphics then installing the gpu when it comes? I am really impatient and I need to unbox my monitor and see if there is any issue before the warranty and return ends(20 days). My question is, how difficult is it putting a gpu into this already built system? Do I simply remove the case and install or do I have to untangle and reassemble the entire pc? Worth it?

Solution
Its extremely worthwhile to build it now and get it running.
When the GPU arrives you will simply install it in the PCIe slot, run the power to it (no need to redo anything else) and plug your monitor into it, instead of the iGPU.
The iGPU will automatically be disabled in the BIOS.
