Which case should I choose? Better airflow, cable management, and easy maintenance

Hello guys, I´m searching for a case with good airflow, cable management, and easy maintenance (clean dust of the filter), so for now into Sharkoon M25-W and Deepcool Kendomen Titanium, which is better?

And someone knows if I let an external drive (external hdd, smartphone, etc) above of the case, can damage my device or PC hardwares?

My current setup:
MSI H270m mortar arctic
CPU cooler Cryorig H7
Asus Strix GTX 970 OC ed (planning buy an RTX 2070)
Corsair 600 (planning buy a Corsair TX650m)
Case CM 431 elite plus
3 Arctic case fan 120 mm
1 Noctua NF A14

Both are similar with respect to cooling and front air filter.

You could use either.
The best one will be the one that visually turns you on.
You will be looking at it for a long time.

In Deepcool kendomen titanium has a place above the case, where you can let your devices, I wonder if has any function (like protect the device) or not.

I doubt you would get any damage physically.
But, heat may be an issue for electronics kept on top.
