Hi guys, I recently bought an used pc by a friend at a good price, it runs perfect, the only thing is that it's so noisy, it has an gtx 760 2gb gpu that runs his fans at max speed when I start up the pc. I searched these problems on google and people resolved it with softwares like speedfan, evga precision x, msi afterburner etc. but it don't works for me. In evga precision x the gpu fan rpm it's at 0.
