Choose frequency or latency for Ryzen 2400G APU?

Hi,

I own these two RAM sets and will return one. Which one is best for the AMD Ryzen 2400G?
- CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 (3000 and 15-17-17-35-52) of
- F4-3200C16-8GSXKB (3200 and 16-18-18-38-56)
I may try to OC them, but their XMP work perfectly on ASRock B450M Pro4.

Read here and here. I'd pick the DDR403200MHz kit. I'd also suggest that you manually input the values for the ram kit in BIOS. X.M.P seems to be hit or miss with the Ryzen boards.

Frequency should be best if you're looking for the RAM to drive the gfx faster. If you're not using the onboard gfx, I doubt it will be noticeably different, and you might as well return the more expensive option.

You're talking a difference of 5-7% at best. Run some Userbench benchmarks with both, and see how different the onboard gfx responds.
