First one is for obsolete AMD processors, DDR3 and second one is for latest Intel, 8th generation processors DDR4 memory so you have to make your mind up what you want.
"Gaming" has nothing to do with it and neither of them are best in any category.

You won't benefit from a "gaming" motherboard unless you know what you are doing.
You could use a basic one and still be happy.
Since you don't really know what you want or what these terms mean, don't worry about it.
If you want a new computer, then make a new post saying you have XXXX Money and want to build a computer that I can use for (gaming/work) and I am in this country....XXXXX....

To the OP, what parts do you have already? What parts are you needing?

As perfectly stated by ElectrO_90, tell us your budget, location, and needs for your total build including any parts you already have.

A gaming Motherboard is not really a Gaming PC - it is just a name they are using.
Although now you have put your country and money people could design you one. You should get a decent computer for that.
Do you need mouse/keyboard/monitor?
