Need help with a gaming PC build (1500€ budget)

I do not know much about PC building so i am hoping one of you is an expert on this kind of thing and would like to help me with my quest. I am from Europe so if someone knows a good site where i can purchase the parts that would also be much appreciated.

@ohenryy, Maybe you can skip the OS temporarily on a budget build but at this cost it should be included and as for getting it cheaper online I suppose you could do that but if they buy through a grey market site and say get a more then likely stolen Windows 10 key for $30, Microsoft can and will inactivate the license and you'll be out that money. Best thing to do is buy it from a authorized retailer and not have to worry about if the license is fake/stolen/etc.

What is the point of an additional CPU cooler? Don't you get one with the CPU or is that one not efficient enough?

Any system built from an Intel CPU needs a CPU cooler other than the stock, especially the i7s. What Intel gives for a CPU cooler is slightly better than no cooler at all (will cause throttling issues with an Intel cooler), but no where near as good as what you get with an AMD system.

On the one side i like the build but i dont get why he should spend soo much money on an m.2 PCIe SSD... It doenst increase performance at all and a regular m.2 Sata SSD is way cheaper.
Unless he is going to move hugh amounts of data due to things like video editing for example, NVME is a thing that a gamer doenst need... As a 120gb Boot drive these things are nice but not for storage, thats a waste of money in my opninion.
Spending the money on the CPU would be better.

The difference in price between the m.2 PCIe and m.2 MX500 is $40, that isn't a huge difference. While at the moment you won't find much a difference in noticed performance, you might in the future. For that matter you could also go with a 256 PCIe for a boot drive and then a 500GB SATA for games, either way works but the cost would probably be about the same overall.

He doesn't need a OS license, if your fine with the watermark on the corner of the screen you save some money you can spend else where. Also if you want you can buy way cheaper online.

Meanwhile there's a few tweaks for a better motherboard for overclocking and proper cooling.

That cooler that comes with the 2700X is plenty for 95% of people. Unless you want to do some overclocking to keep all cores at the boost frequency, there is no reason to get a different cooler for an AMD Ryzen that comes with a cooler. Save the money on the cooler and go with a bigger SSD.
