should i upgrade gpu (probally to nvidia gtx 1080, but im open tu suggestions!)
or cpu? (if cpu i will be happy with suggestions)
My primary usage would be for gaming and 3D rendering...

Example games id like to run at atleast 60fps stable fullhd (i dont care about graphic details but preferablly the highest) are Shadow of the tomb raider, doom eternal, cyberpunk 2077, star citizen, hellion and some more titles that will come out later...

If you want more info feel free to ask me... I tried to type here the most important things you may ask for...

Solution
While the immediate fix would be to get a ps4 pro would be good and worth it. The cost of the pc wouldn't be too far off the price of the PS4 Pro, while using your 460 4gb. Below is a setup that I would look at using but I already have a first gen ryzen for about the cost of a PS4 Pro setup.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor ($165.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus - PRIME B450M-A/CSM Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($78.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Team - T-Force Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($85.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA - 750W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($55.98 @...

Definitely the CPU, your AMD 7700k gets whooped by a 4th gen i3 http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i3-4160-vs-AMD-A10-7700K-APU-2014-DKa/2816vsm9888.

So you'll need to replace your CPU, motherboard, and RAM. Best bet is probably the i7-8700k, a Z370 mobo, and about 16gb of DDR4.

I would probally go with an ps4 pro for the gaming part becouse it will need a lot of upgrades if i dont want bottlenecking to happen...

Or can you guys suggest me another gpu?

"Bottlenecking" isn't death to your system despite what many think.

Many new games you can play with that CPU on a GTX 1080 no problem. Yeah you won't get the maximum framerate its capable of. But it will be playable, and then you save up some cash and get a new CPU/Mobo/Ram.

Will my framerate be atleast around 40-60 fps even with bottlenecking? I was watching some youtube videos with A10 cpus and gtx 1080 and it look really baddly... (most times 15-30 fps)

Depends on the Game. Doom yeah, Star Citizen no. I would say most games are going to tend well below 60. Probably about 30-40. Thats also what most games run on PS4 Pro, except for specific ones.

You need to decide if thats acceptable for you. If not I'd say save your money do a whole system upgrade.

Lol, I almost replied with the same answer.

They BOTH need to be replaced, however:

Replace the CPU / motherboard first, GPU second.

PS4 Pro is going to give you a more consistent gaming experience 100% of the time. If you buy a game it will work fine period.

The 1080 with your system, some games will be fine, some will be awful. For example you mentioned Star Citizen, that game will run AWFUL on your system.

More so then it would currently. The biggest thing holding you back currently is your your CPU. The gpu is going to limit you but it is something to look forward to upgrading and with the setup from above, you would be open to almost any gpu out there.

Honestly I think you'll get slightly more FPS going the A10 + 1080 route. But either way, you need to upgrade both CPU and GPU ASAP.

It also a very good idea to get the primary system up and running first then get the GPU later. your 460 is old, I hope it's a 4GB variant.

Also, drinkingcola, i'd swap that PSU with a G3 650W PSU, it's a little more but it's one of the best PSUs on the market, it'll last a long time.

Looking at it again, I would agree. Was just trying to get a quick build put together on my break time to help.
