I’m planning on purchasing a meshify C with a gtx 1060/70&r5 2600 and arctic freezer 33 cpu cooler. But I don’t know what fan setup will provide best airflow and lower temps(if you have any good fan recommendations I would appreciate it)

Get a pair of 140mm fans and put them in the front for intake, move the supplied 120mm fans into top rear and rear locations as exhaust, don'[t put a exhaust fan over the CPU cooler it'll rob the cooler of airflow resulting in slightly higher temperatures.

Noctua make some of the best fans around while I'm partial to the BeQuiet! Silent Wings 3, as long as you keep the front air filter clear don't worry about choosing airflow over static pressure fans, the difference will be minimal.

I've taken me off the 'solution ' so others get a crack at replying, many seeing that green ' solved ' marker will pass on by.
To be a little more technical. cooling has two options:
Negative pressure, here you'll have more OUT than IN, ( 2x140mm exhaust, 2x120mm intake for example ) it works and is no real problem, the extra OUT will find air to pull through the case so temperatures remain fine, the only problem is that the OUT can draw air from unfiltered sources, not all cases filter ALL the incoming air, so you can end up with a rapid build up of material in the heatsink fins, increasing maintenance, especially if you have several furry pets in the house.
Positive pressure: As I suggested, here there's more IN than OUT, all the IN air is filtered and the excess IN air will find a way out, but it can be a little noisier, located in the front, the intake fan noise is usually not damped out so if you're after a really quiet system, the choice of fan is more critical than for a negative pressure system.

Well first off sorry for the late reply, and as for noise I don’t care that much tbh I’d rather have better temps then less noise. And I don’t have any pets and I don’t think I will since I live in an apartment so it’s hard to take care of them (not that that’s important information but whatever lmao)so now that everything is cleared up is my above answer the right choice in your opinion?
