Computer powers up, but wont boot or go to BIOS

This just the newest chapter in an ongoing story of my new computer not wanting to work. So over the past month or so, my computer has started to freeze in the middle of me doing almost anything. I could be in the most graphically intense game or CPU intense program or I could be simply organizing my files and it would just freeze with the very last frame. Nothing I tried fixed it and it seemed to go away until yesterday when it started again. But then out of nowhere the freezing just turned into the computer suddenly not sending signal to the monitor and all peripherals. It was still supplying power to them as the mouse was lit up but the keyboard was unresponsive to trying to turn CAPS-LOCK on or off.

But that's not the problem now.

After the most recent crash, I tried turning it off and back on thinking it was just like the other ones but the computer wouldn't send signal to the monitor or anything else when I turned it back on. Now it just wont boot up or even go to BIOS. I've tried reseating the RAM and GPU, and tried changing the SATA cable for the HDD. I tried leaving it unplugged for half of a day while I was at school. I tried using only one RAM card in all of the RAM slots, then the other one. Unfortunately I don't have a case speaker, so I am wondering if I should get that before trying anything else or if there is something I can do now to try and fix it?

Yeah, I found that my BIOS was not set to supply enough voltage to the RAM sticks and that fixed the problem for a few weeks but now it's what I described above.
